"Thanks, handsome." She said, flopping down onto the bed. She scooted up by the headboard and laid there, hoping he would come snuggle.

Caden scooted over and snuggled up next to her. "You know,you should be more scared for my game then yours.We're going against....duh duh duh..Bradford.They smoked us last year.It was 60-17.Im scared." Caden said with a nervous laugh.

"As long as you don't hurt yourself again, you shouldn't be scared. The people we're playing play dirty. They target our strongest points like me and Tammy, trying to hit the ball under us and injure us. I should be the scared one. Although, your coach is scary to me." She explained, burying herself into his side and kissing him.

"Coach Keith?psh,he ain't scary.Honestly,put him next to Trevor and you'll think that Trevor is more scary.But yeah,he can be scary sometimes." He listned. "Ew,they sound awful." A few beats passed. "I really need to go workout.Wanna come with?" He questions, [posted in dogwood.]

(K. still on and off.) "Yeah, I should do some leg workouts." She quickly changed into volleyball shorts and a t-shirt. She took his hand, walking out of the house.

They arrived at the gym. "Im going to do arms and abs.Don't hurt yourself.Text me if you need me." Caden darted to a area with everything he would need.GHD's,Pull up bars,barbells,dumbells.All the stuff he needed.He wrote his workout on the board. Warmup: 250# Clean and Jerks 10 Pull-ups WOD: 350# Clean and Jerks 15 Pull- Ups 80# Bicep Curls 15 GHD's 380# Deadlifts Once he had written everything out,he put in his air-pods and put on some music.

Rose started on her usual warm-up. Weighted squats, plate lunges, groiners, and vertical jumps. She added calf raises because she was feeling sore, then started on back squats, cleans, and front squat complexes.

Caden started on the warmup,lightwork for him.Eventually,he started sweating so he took his shirt off and chugged some water before heading to the WOD.The 350# Clean and Jerks took a minute for Caden to perfect but,he did the motion easily once his arms adjusted to the weight.Pull ups were easy same with the bicep curls.He had to regain confidence on the GHD's but once he did,he could feel his abs grow sore.

Rose texted Caden. Hey, can you come spot me? I want to max out some bench press. She walked over to bench and looked at the bar. 45lb. She popped a couple 25's on each side, placing the clips around them.
