she swam for a bit before propping herself up on the side of the pool "content just sitting there, huh?"

He nodded at her question, "I don't really like to swim. I mean I can but I just don't like to a lot."

she gave a dramatic sigh and dropped to the bottom of the pool. she was famous for the length of time she could hold her breath. everyone knew it, but did MICAH know that? she blew a few bubbles out

He watched as she sank to the bottom of the pool. Micah patiently waited for her to return and after a few moments began to worry. When bubbles floated to the surface he worried even more and moved to the edge of the pool, looking down into the water for Abby.

when she saw him look over, she pushed on the bottom of the pool, launching herself up to the surface and splashing him. she laughed

The water splashed into his face and Micah fell back into the chair from surprise. "Abby!" he says to her, "what the heck?! I thought you were drowning!"

she laughed "nope"

"Well obviously I see that you weren't;" he says wiping the water off of his face. His shirt was kind of wet now and clung close to his muscular chest.

her eyes kept dropping to his muscles but she forced them back to his eyes

He sighed as he looked down at his wet shirt and sent a small glare at Abby. "I swear if my wings are wet when we get back to the apartment room," he mutters to her.
