Rose eventually laid back down on the bed and fell back into the same dream

He fell back asleep,arms sprawled out on the desk.

Rose woke the next morning, cold. She stayed where she was and listened for any sounds of Caden being awake

He thought,pulling out his phone and searching.He searched for hours,eventually finding one and applying for it.Caden could work from home,only leaving for a week out of the whole year.With a monthly paycheck of 350k and a yearly paycheck of 4.2 Million.

Rose just lay there on the bed, not thinking, not moving

He sighed,resting his head on his hands and him falling into sleep,his head hitting the desk as he slumped back in his chair.

Rose eventually got up and went downstairs. She grabbed a redbull and went back upstairs

He awoke,walking into the bedroom doorframe and leaning on it,looking around for a moment or two.Caden's voice was tired yet full,enough to bark a order if needed. "If you're just going to rot on the bed then get out of my house." He says,walking back to his study.

Rose didn't respond, listening as he went back downstairs. She sighed softly and stood, gathering her things into a couple of her bags. She called an Uber and left her ring on the bedside table before walking downstairs andputting her bags into the back of the Uber. She didn't glance behind her as she got in and was driven to a hotel quite a ways away. She thanked the driver before getting out and checking into an open room on the top level with roof access. She plopped her bags into the room, not even turning on the lights, before going to the roof

Caden went out,in a good mood. "Hey Ro-" He stopped,staring at the imprint where she had been laying. "She thought I meant it," He muttered,going into the kitchen and grabbing a bottle of whiskey and a bottle of vodka,going to the couch.Caden started humming the tunes to old russian songs.

Caden grinned,waiting for her to arrive.
