My moms border collie has resource guarding with food but he has been socialized. I think its just the dog.

Myth, my first dog was a Border Collie. Never good aggressive. I believe food aggression comes from not being properly socialize.

It was the middle of the night. Dakota was sleeping and so was Jacob. "Mom, Dad." Zion said through the darkness. Dakota's eyes fluttered open. "What Zion?" Zion walked over to their bed and climbed in. "I'm scared. I keep hearing noises." Zion started to cry. "It's okay." Dakota gave him a hug. He walked back to his room. Zion layed in bed and looked at the ceiling. It was so dark. Dakota couldn't fall back asleep.
