She stumbled for a minute when he yanked her inside, eyes going wide at the condition he was in. "Oh my god, what happened to you?" Elara asked, listening to him. "What do you think i'm doing? Saw you through a window or thought I saw you so I decided to check in on you but if you're looking like this then there's now way you'll survive another month. I'm getting you out of here, I owe you, afteralll." She tried to explain, lighting up when Sage asked about Liz. "Oh she's wonderful, maybe if you hadn't shut her outside." Elara snapped, opening the door to reveal Liz staring up at Elara, smiling before lighting up at Sage. "She's missed you, we both have." |

Sage waves off her concern, sort of blinking slowly at her as he tried to process what was going on. When she mentioned getting him out of here he winced slightly. "She'd kill us both," he noted with a heavy breath. Honestly? Leaving terrified him. He knew exactly what she'd do to him, and while he wasn't scared of much....he was scared of her. Though when he saw Liz he couldn't help but grin and scoop her up. "Hey baby girl," he cooked, features relaxing for a moment. Then his brows furrowed. "I told Amy Liz had died in the fire," he noted softly. "I don't trust her with her," he added with a shake of his head. |

"I don't care if she kills us you'll die before she realizes you're even a human." She snapped, heart warming as he scooped Liz up. "I don't blame you, she seems like a real bitch ass." Elara mumbled, glancing around. "Just c'mon, she doesn't know where the cabin is, I think. Look at you, all skin and bones. Literally, you've got nothing else on you." The woman said, tone slightly still snappy. |

Sage winced slightly in response to her comment. He knew she was probably right....but he knew she'd find them eventually. There was no hiding from her. "Shell find us," he noted tiredly, though was loosing the firmness in his tone already. If she insisted, yed probably let her drag him away ...he was just nervous about it all. The woman had been tormenting him for years, and he knew when she found them it wouldn't be pretty. It would be better for him to get out he knew that ..better for Liz too. But he was, quite honestly scared. |

Elara huffed slightly at his words, rolling her eyes. "Ok, rather her find us after you've had a lick of freedom. Doubt that if you stay she'll ever let you go." She said, realizing hist oen was less firm. "Either you come along willingly or i'll drag you're bones out." |

Sage wrinkled his nose. "I've had freedom the last couple months and you can see how well it's gone," he snorted. Though, when she said she would drag him out he sort of groaned and cast a nervous glance out the windows. "Then you better do it quickly," he sighed. He wasn't sure if it came to running or fighting he'd last very long, admittedly. |

"You call this freedom? Dang, you need to raise your expectations." She scoffed, smirking sligthly when he said she better do it quickly. "Okay good so we're leaving," Elara started, picking up Liz before dragging Sage out the door behind her, letting him go once they were in a crowd. "You'll thank me for this eventually," |

Sage rolled his eyes in response to her first comment, letting out a sort of yelp of surprise when she grabbed him, but didn't resist too much. He hoped she wouldn't notice the bruises there from Amy....she grabbed him harder than what she should, and she knew it. It didn't hurt when Elara grabbed him, but once she released him, he shifted to flick his sleeve over his arm to cover them all anyway. |

Liz was silent as they went eventually reaching for Sage, the girl almost fell out of Elara's arms and the woman pulled her back, readjusting. "Think she wants you," She mused, smiling at Liz. |

Sage had cast a nervous glance around them, heart pounding. What if she saw them? Followed them back or... something? Confronted them here? When Liz reached for him though, he smiled tightly and moved to scoop the little girl up, holding her close to his chest. Admittedly, she did ease some of the nerves that seemed to be knitting his stomach up inside of him. |
