Ben gave a soft smile. "I mean, do you want me to stay here or go?" |

"I can't stop you" She stated |

Ben sighed. "That doesn't answer my question." |

"I want you here, Ben. But if you leave, I'm not going to stop you. I'd understand " she said quietly, not looking at him. "I love you. I want you to stay." |

"If you want me to stay, I'll stay." |

Ben nodded back and wrapped his arms around her. But just because he'd nodded didn't mean he knew what to do. His dad would hate him if he didn't go, but he couldn't leave Emma here all by herself. "Hey... Maybe I could take online classes? That way I could stay here but still be in school?" He had no idea if that was an option at this college but it seemed like the best bet. |

"If you can, that'd be great" She said with a small smile. She melted into him, inhaling his comforting scent and taking in his presence. She was so lucky, she couldn't ever explain it to him |

Ben nodded, glad that she was smiling. "I'll check it out as soon as I can," he said. He held her for a few more minutes before getting to his feet. "Want to help me feed the horses?" He asked, offering his hand to help her up. |
