He nodded, coming up with an idea. "Hey also, just a quick favor, would you mind writing my phone number down? I need it written twice, if that's fine." Monty asked, his usual smug expression softening for once. |

"Sure, What is it?" she glares up, grabbing a post-it note. |

"878-232-5609" He explained, getting handed the sticky note before splitting it in half to where the number was on each slip of paper. "Right so, I get one you get one," Monty said casually, offering a slip to her. |

"why do i need this?" she raised a brow, her expression confused. |

He chuckled, a nurse coming in to wheel him to surgery. "I'll tell you later, stranger."
Monty mused, voice smoother than bourbon as he was wheeled off. *^*^ Around half a week later, once all his surgeries were over, Monty was discharged, the man being let off with only a few meds to take each day. Once the nurse left he shakily swung his legs over the bed, testing his leg as it throbbed, the pain eventually dulling as he walked with some sort of limp over to the countertop where his clothes were, grabbing them before making sure his door was shut, pulling his shirt off. The man caught a glance in the mirror of the stitched up wound on his back, testing it. |

Aurora Contunied working at that emergency area, she missed monty, sad that he was discharged. |

Monty studied her routines as he signed papers, seeing her slip out of an office and walk off, the perfect opprotunity. The man walked over, walking in silently as he wrote on a scrap piece of paper, sticking it right on the screen of her computer. - Text me, or call me, I don't bite, stranger ;) - - Monty With that he walked back out, the remains of his jacket slung over his shoulder, ordering an Uber to come pick him up and drop him back off at his house. |

she shut her phone off, throwing the note away - - She arrived home later that even, seeing if she had a new text. |
