She nodded, wiping a tear away and sniffling once. "Yeah, I'm fine." |

"Baby, why're you crying?" He asked, cupping her face and brushing his thumb over her cheek. |

Four words. That's all it took for Kayla to start sobbing and melting into Gale's arms. "I feel so fucking guilty for it. For you." |

Gale wrapped and arm around her and cupped the back of her head, pulling her close as his brow creased. "I don't understand, why do you feel guilty?" He asked, smoothing her hair back. |

"I don't know but every time you bring up everything you've been through, I look back to when you were fighting for your life day in and day out, I was living amazingly in here and only having minor things happen to me daily while you were nearly dying every fucking day" She sobbed |

Gale was silent after that, still not used to the whole 'yeah I care/feel bad for you' thing. "Kay. . . you don't have to feel guilty about that, you had loads of struggles too." |
