"I'm here," He murmured, Malakai now fast asleep in his arms. |

She looked to him and smiled. "He's so adorable. I love him so much" She said softly. "His eyes...." She trailed off |

"Just like mine," I finished, chuckling sadly. "Except,......y'know what i'll finish that later." I muttered, rubbing my eyes. |

"Is something wrong? Do you need sleep? I can take him..." She offered |

"No no, i'm fine. If anything, you need to get some rest. You just popped this thing out of you like it was no big deal," I joked, Malakai waking up and staring up at me. |

"Can I hold him?" She asked, honestly halfway worried he'd say no |

I nodded, handing the blonde headed boy over to her, smiling still as I sat down beside her bed. |
