Christine woke up awhile later and decided to go back home. She was hungry and needed to see her Aunt. Quietly she walked out of the woods to her house being careful not to wake Keefe. As she came to the front door an odd dark shape loomed in the dark shadows of the door. Not thinking much of it she walked up to the door to be greeted by a hard metallic taste in her mouth. Stammering back she fell off the small step and lay motionless on the ground. The men grabbed her unconscious body and hauled it towards one of their dark alleys, being careful to not be spotted. They left her in a tiny cell. She stayed unconscious for over an hour as the blow to her body was significant. Slowly after an hour she woke up to a throbbing headache. Pulling herself up she opened her eyes to be met with pure darkness. Staying quiet she moved towards a dark shadow, trying staying hidden. She didnt remember anything.

Keefe crouched in the darkness until Christine woke up and moved. He watched for a moment more before following. He was worried, and although 99 % of him was like + you idiot just turn around + that 1 % apparently mattered too much. He followed quietly, far enough behind it didn't cause any turmoil. Soon they reached the town, and he was met with a worrisome sight- 3 big men, hauling off Christine's body. Well. He was glad he came. He was smart enough to not just rush in, instead following them silently, sneaking through the side alleys. After that he found a dark corner and sat down, waiting. More than an hour later he heard Christine stir, and he was 100% sure the men weren't there at the moment- well, not in the room. He jumped onto the wall that seperated the small house they were keeping her in and the alley he was in, pulling himself over it and dropping to the ground before pulling himself through a window silently. Christine was in a trapped cell in the moonlight, wreathed in shadows. "Are you okay?" he whispered, glancing around warily before moving forward.

Christine looked at Keefe and tried answering but they had taped her mouth shut. A sudden noise came up from the only door as one of the men came inside. She looked at keefe pleading for help. "what do we have here" one of the men growled "a knight in shining armour trying to rescue his little princess" another joked. Christine worked at trying to release her hands while watching Keefe to see what he would do. She half expected him to run off as it wasnt his problem. Releasing her hands she pulled of the tape, "How did you find me?" she exclaimed clearly relieved. She held her hand to her head checking for any blood. Not finding any she stood up and made her way over to Keefe keeping behind him for safety.

Keefe's head snapped sideways as there was a noise. Instead of flinching back, like he would do if it was his father, he rose up to his full 6'3 height. He narrowed his eyes as they came in, slipping one button in a hole so his shirt didn't flap all over and crossing his arms. "I don't see any shining armor, COUGH COUGH BLIND PEOPLE, and any person smarter than the average snail would know kidnapping is for losers. Why not just steal money and be able to buy people out who actually want to be around your dirt ridden monkey faces." He sniffed, then arched an eyebrow and squinted. "No, the light was too dim. Not monkey. Ape. Oof, no wait that isn't right- gorilla! Your ugly no good gorilla faces." He smiled before looking at Christine. "Doooon't look at me weird but I followed you. You looked agitated." He sounded slightly sheepish before he turned back to the 3 men and stepped forward. "Noowwww I think we're going to leave if you don't mind, so have a splendid day wallowing in the muck."

The men looked stunned at the two young people. "not so fast you two" the tallest one said. "we aint scared of a little young lad" he cracked his knuckles and stepped forward. Chrisitne shrieked in horror. "i'm glad you followed me here" she whispered to Keefe, terrified. "but i'm sorry i caused you this much stress". By now all three men had circled the two and started stepping closer. Christine stepped closer to Keefe, worried sick. She regretted everything. How could she possibly get out if this one. She looked towards Keefe wandering what he had in plan.

"Not so fast? Is that because we can move fast and you can't? Is it your size- oh my I am so sorry. Need a therapist? I have one on speed dial." Keefe smirked. "You shouldn't be scared of me. If you were, it'd be because you are smart, and pshaw man, you are NOT smart." He pointed at them while loudly whispering *gorilla heads* to Christine. Right after his voice dropped quieter. "You, jump out window, now. Just do it. Don't you dare even think about stopping. Thank youuuu." He whispered under his breath, much too low for the men to hear, then added more loudly, "Not like they could catch me." Keefe turned back to the rather beefy looking men. "So, can I have the privilege of asking a question before I kick your lazy butts? Okay. Which one of you ate the elephant and which one ate the cow? I think it was you that ate the elephant." he snickered as he gestured to the taller one. "C'mon, I know you want to swing at me. Aren't my taunts getting OOOOLD." He yawned.

Christine looked at Keefe, "i can't jump out of there and leave you here its my problem for getting you here". She looked at Keefe, she had never seen someone act so strange before, it would have been a funny comedy to watch if they werent in danger. Christine looked at the window and slowly walked towards it, she didnt want to leave Keefe but she wasnt doing a favour staying here with him. She marveled at his way of staying calm under such intense combat. She smiled at him before making her way over to the window. Reaching up to the window, one of the men came charging towards her, she pulled herslef up quickly and squeezed through the small gap, just out of reach of the man. She wanted to get help but who would help them. She defintley wouldnt get Keefe's father, no, he was worse than the men in there. She yelled down at Keefe, "what do i do?" The men had now proceed even closer to him now, though they did seem rather wary.

Keefe blew out a slow breath and turned to her. "Believe me, you won't be able to help. Shoo." He said firmly. As she started to leave and the one man rushed towards her Keefe launched himself forward and punched the man in the face so hard there was a crack- and it wasn't his knuckles. He turned slowly to the others. "I'm a force to be reckoned with, y'all. Not that you know what this is but I know tang soo do, cough cough for the simple minded people karate, cough cough for YOU guys, stabby motions that hurt really bad." He suddenly grabbed the one man's hand and jerked down towards the ground. The fingers easily bent backwards until there was a bunch of cracks, pops, and snaps. Keefe stepped back again. He hadn't want Christine to see what he could do. All that would happen is she would be afraid of him. He tilted his head as she called up. "You don't go back to your aunts. Obviously these lugheads know where that is." He barked back before turning his deadly ice cold gaze to the three men.

Christine kept her mouth shut and turned her head from watching. "waitttttt she said herself, Keefe knows where I live now". Her face turned as white as a sheet. She blocked her ears, the noise was terrible. She would never forgive herself for putting Keefe in this situation. Pacing up and down she looked towards the road and saw a very pretty girl coming down. "Hi" she called out, "hi?", "have you seen a tall musclar, blonde, handsome guy around here?" Chrisitne looked down the window, "uh no i havent" "good didnt think he'd be here" Christine watched the young women walk away. "Must be Keefe's girlfriend".

Keefe quickly socked one guy in the jaw before grabbing another's arm and twisting it around until he heard a quiet snap. Prooobably only a fracture. After all three of them were moaning on the floor he hopped out the window, landing with a slight wince of pain, just in time to shudder as he saw Adelle walking away. He tried to hide in the shadows but it was too late. She heard the thump ad turned, her eyes narrowing as she stalked back. "You lied." She snapped at Christine before moving up right next to Keefe. "Why are you with her, sweetie?" Her voice had a certain deadly tone to it, but it was hard to hear. Keefe swallowed a lump of revoltion. "Get away from me. I said I don't want to be anywhere near you." He half stammered, glancing at Christine before stumbling away, but not leaving- he couldn't leave her near those guys. They would get up soon. She couldn't stay here, it wasn't safe, but why was Adelle here? The beautiful woman rolled her eyes, then got a slightly evil look in her eyes as she turned to Christine. "He's lying. He's been my boyfriend for years. Don't go anywhere near him. He's vile and cruel, and just acts like a rich snob. He was nice to meet in the beginning too. Guess those days are gone." She sniffed, somehow managing to look hurt, heartbroken, and victorious as she saw Keefe's face, all in once. Keefe looked like he had just seen a ghost. Or his father. His face was pale, and his hands were trembling. "t-that's not true..." he mumbled. "Go away, Adelle..."
