Duncan curled into his chest, snuggling into him. He nodded, "I love you..." he whispered, kissing his shoulder.

Axel wrapped his arms around Duncan with a soft hum, pressing a kiss to his head. "I love you too," he noted. He leaned into the kiss slightly, just glad to be around him.

Duncan wrapped his arms and legs around Axels torso, getting as close to him as possible. He pressed his face up against his shoulder and gently traced out the contours of Axels back with his fingertips.

Axel just held onto Duncan snugly, relaxing alongside him. There was a constant worry, of course, but even so times like this were peaceful. They could just ...be. Together. The way Duncan's fingers moved across his back was soothing his nerves, too, which he was glad of.

Duncan closed his eyes and continued. Once he'd traced over Axels back he shifted to trace along his chest, finding it methodical and calming. "You're so gorgeous... so perfect," he murmured as he continued with his tracing.

Axel had just leaned lightly against the side of the tub, enjoying the time together. He couldn't help but chuckle softly at Duncan's comment, a warmth blooming in his chest. "You're biased," he noted, though his smile was evident in his voice. He still wasn't used to compliments or Duncan saying things like that....but he was getting better with it. He was starting to believe some of it, some times.

Duncan shook his head, now tracing his abs. "You are. You're so proportional and muscular, its so beautiful,"

Axel hummed softly at his comment, just pressing a light kiss to his head. "Well, I still think you're prettier than I am," he noted lightly. He really did ...even sick, and with the oxygen tanks and all, Duncan was beautiful. Inside and out.

Duncan shook his head. "You're so gorgeous, Axel, I'm just sick. Not nearly as pretty as you," he mumbled against Axels skin

Axel shook his head when Duncan said he was just sick, squeezing him gently. "You might be sick, but you're more than that," he noted gently. "I'll always think you're pretty," he added, pecking his head again.
