He can often be found at the pasture fence or his stall door begging for treats, neck scratches, or attention. He tends to sit somewhere in the middle of the herd unless he’s on the track. In warmup or otherwise, once he hits the track it’s all business. Under saddle he’s a saint (so he thinks) but his ground manners have been a bit neglected. Hoses are his worst enemy; he makes his opinion on them very clear by rolling in the biggest dirt patch he can find every time they get him the slightest bit wet. He’s a bit of a flirt with the mares but it rarely seems to work out in his favour, so Petra tries to keep him in a stall with other geldings to either side.
