As a one time manager, I can safely say, that if a new employee came to me, making 'demands' they wouldn't be working for me very much longer. On the other hand, if they came to me, saying they were over worked, due to doing other peoples jobs and was getting physically/mentally stressed, and didn't know how much more they could continue, I would call an employee meeting, and let it be known, that shit was going to stop or those 'slackers' would be looking for new jobs. |
