Hiiii, friends UHHH..
I have some unfortunate - ish news? It doesn't really affect any future orders and such but would like to put this out there in general... Without giving like this super lengthy, sad story about some security system being triggered in my PC making it so I was locked out completely for the last 2 days only to forget my Microsoft credentials and not being able to log in, and in turn being locked out by them AND THEN them not being able to verify me SOMEHOW after several attempts *deep breath* ...
We had to completely wipe my PC and buy a new Windows license and I LOST everything, including all the art pieces I have ever done and received so uh.. Yeah.. After many tears and frustrations laterrrrrr, I am slowly getting things re-downloaded and back to "normal". PLEASE, if I have ordered art from you in the past 6mos and you are reading this AND STILL HAVE THE CUTS - Can you PM them to me? I am happy to pay a fee if need be. This also leads me to say, that any past pieces I have done - I no longer have access to so I cannot grab additional cuts, access them, etc. I feel super defeated and angry and sad but after 2 days straight of dealing with this stress, I just want to move forward and get my things back to a comfy place. ALL that to say - I will be back to some arting most likely over this coming weekend and will be pumping some of your orders out and THIS TIME will have my things a bit more secure, etc. I need to take a few days to situate this all and breathe a bit. You can probably imagine.. I stream full time, am a huge gamer, do tons of art, etc. so losing literally everything on my PC is a bit overwhelming 😭🖤 |
