OFFICER APPLICATIONS: Please feel free to PM me on Vahana Hollow, or Ravenveil Equestrian with an application. Below are the open officer positions, and their related applications.
Please keep in mind the following before applying for an Officer Role:
1. Officers will not be chosen until we reach 30-50 members - this gives multiple players a chance to apply.
2. These roles are purely if you are a dedicated HEE player, and wanting to build a club that people turn to. There often won't be any perks other than having a fancy title and having things to do. I may occasionally send personlized gifts to Officers as a thank you from me, though. :)
3. All Officers are expected to follow all HEE rules and listen to HEE mods at all times. If anyone is caught causing drama or breaking rules, you will lose your title.
4. Please only apply if you are active on HEE and a passionate player. I am hoping to build this club with love, dedication, and passion for growing in HEE. I want to help newer players get started, build foundations, and build an engaging club that people use for events and useful discounts. I want my Officers to have the same ambitions as me with this. <3
5. Be willing to help others! Officers will have a role of being the go-to for members if I am not online.
COMMUNITY MANAGER:
1. Have you ever received a warning from an HEE mod before?
2. How active are you on HEE?
3. If you were community manager, how would you start growing engagement and what would be your advertising message that you would put on sales?
4. Why would you like to become a Community Manager for this club?
5. What do you enjoy most about HEE clubs or community spaces?
6. What strengths would you bring to the club? (Managing giveaways, posting announcements on our forums, organizing events, brainstorming new ideas/events, etc)
BREEDING SPECIALIST:
1. What would you say the weakest breed in HEE is?
2. What breed would you consider the hardest?
3. What is your biggest breeding achievement?
4. Do you breed All Discplines, Single Discplines, Bravery, or all?
5. Would you be okay with helping the club locate good and promising mares and stallions that are up for sale?
6. What strengths would you bring the club in terms of breeding on HEE, and how would you help members?
SHOWING SPECIALIST:
1. Are you on any showing LBs for your region/HEE?
2. What is your biggest showing achievement on HEE?
3. Do you participate in Futurities, Member Shows, Special Shows, Federations, etc?
4. Would you be okay with helping the club build a show string by finding promising geldings and show horses, that we can gift to members who want to get started in showing?
5. How would you provide help to a member that reaches out to you, saying they have NO idea on where to start with showing? |

UPDATES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS: 30/05/2026
Hey all!
Welcome to the first few who have joined The Vahana Conclave.
This club will be for all events, breeding, giveaways and shows that I will have between my two stables. As you guys can see, it is still very much a WIP - I'll be working on building the club more during Yr 203.
My goals for the club are:
- Having good WWW/WWE producing mares available for discounted brood.
- Offering promising boys for Stud (at discounted prices as well, of course).
- Hosting Club Member shows weekly, with a leaderboard. Top 3 participants can win rewards, etc.
- Giveaways of all sorts - possibly including an embryo (and the SVEN to go with it) from my ABLB gal on Vahana for our very first giveaway. *wink wink*
I still have a LOT of work to do on this club, but I have BIG ambitions for it, and I hope to be a stable/player that people turn to for help, promising breeding stock, and pretty arts. As I am starting a new job on the 1st, I will be seeing my new routine and figuring out how to prioritize my time. Ravenveil still needs a LOT of work as well to become a good foundation stable, but I will get this all done for us as soon as I can. If you would like to be an Officer, please let me know, but I will be looking for specific skills:
- Officer 1: Community Manager.
Someone who will be active on our forums, advertising the club, and working on our community and engagement. I want us to have a Monthly Newsletter (I will build the graphics for it) that we can post on our forums, and you'll be in charge for gathering HEE related news, cool stories from our members, etc. This position is for someone who loves people, chatting, and engagement. - Officer 2: Breeding Specialist
A player who has been on HEE for a very long time, and knows the ins and outs of matching, and what the specific breeds usually lack in. Genetic knowledge is needed to. You'll be the go-to for our members who need help and have questions. - Officer 3: Showing Specialist
A player who knows the ins and outs of Showing. I would prefer this stable to be placing quite high on their region LB for Showing. You'll be the go to for our members who are struggling to build their show army and who need a little guidance in what to do to start earning those ebs.
