The last week of October my barn manager stopped entering horses in shows.
I have a lot of 'senior' geldings, so I checked to see who had become schoolmasters in which disciplines and changed their schedules with the barn manager. Also took out the very aged horses.
Still was not having any horses placed in shows. Yesterday I removed them all again and set up schedules, making sure at least a couple should be shown overnight. This morning there were no entries in the accountants records, or the reports.
Maybe I am missing something? I can't fathom what it might be though. However, I have been known to miss seeing the forest for all the trees. Help!
And yes, the Barn Manager has been paid, lol.

The barn manager only shows horses when she thinks they are ready. Just keep training your horses, pay your riders and indeed pay your BM ;)
