On Oct. 1, a Tuesday, I bred and was able to rate one PON as a free stable. I did not use my breed approval the previous Monday, which also happened to be prior to the RO. Unfortunately I wasn't paying enough attention until after the fact that I should have waited until tomorrow, a Weds. I'm sorry that I didn't wait until Weds to rate, as I should have in hindsight. This leads me to wonder whether this was a potential bug, or if the game guide and Breed Approval page are outdated, or need further clarification, in saying "Approval days for free stables are on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday(Breed Approval page, HEE)."

If you don't use your breed approval on the day it is provided, you are able to use it the next. That's why you were able to rate on a Tuesday, as you hadn't used the one provided on Monday |

If you don't use you breed aproval on those days you can use it then next day or over the weekend if you don't use Friday's one. They just don't add up or roll over to getting say two on wednesday. :) All that "Approval days for free stables are on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday" means is that you guys get the next BA on those days and you only get a total of 3 over a week. |
