I'm a little confuse with this rule. This means that I can make more 2 accounts with my email adress? I'm asking to have sure and don't loose my primary account.

Yep. You can have up to three *free* accounts with the same household/email address (just can't trade/sell horses etc between them)

Accounts w/ a Premium subscription are not counted in that tally.

So for example, I have three accounts currently, but two are Premium. I have only one free account towards the three total max, so I can still make two more free accounts.

Yeah! But make sure that if you have more than three accounts that you only ever have three without subscriptions at a time.
