I honestly think it should say chimera in the color name if they are chimera so it would be less of a confusion.

He's something called white mutation, it's when the white doesn't cover everything even though it usually would. It's random and rare, but I'm not sure how rare exactly

I cannot seem to capture a sabino horse under any circumstances. I have had Rb's, To's, Frame, and Spl but Sb just isn't coming up.

I have used patterned horse capture passes in the jungle and beach. I have spent thousands trying to complete this quest.

Am I missing something?!?!

You don't need to use patterned capture passes on the beach. The pass guarantees a patterned capture wherever you are. Use them in the jungle and save yourself 3k :)
