LB standing isnt showing

A lot of my LB single discipline mares don't have their LB standings showing (neither on their horse page nor in the breeding center).

They're showing. There's about a 5 minute period each hour where the standings disappear while they're updated. From what I've been able to gather, it's the :45-:50 mark each hour.
