Are you allowed to make a contest on one account and send the money on your other account?
Or could you make a contest on a account but use the art for your horse on the other account because i have a EEE but the account its on doesn't have much ebs and i need ebs as a prize for the art contest.

You can't use your accounts to benefit the other. That includes art.

If you want a contest for your EEE and give ebs as a prize, it has to be done on that account.
