Hello! Is the barn manager useful for AD horses? I can't figure out the best way to use them. . Say I have a PEE gelding. One week he's doing really well in XC-2 and J-2, but once those level up I switch him to D-2 for a few shows before he becomes level 3 in everything. (not sure I explained this well). Is there a way have the barn manager do something equivalent? Or do I need to have a whole barn on the same single discipline? . How does the barn manager decide which horses are competitive if I select 'only show competitive horses'? I usually only show horses that have at least 2 bars per level in each of the required disciplines; I never want to show a horse with 6/5/6 in a level 3 show. . Update: I have 50 horses set to show on Monday but when I logged in today (Tuesday) not a single horse had been entered last night. This has happened two weeks in a row an I'm very confused. My horses are fed, my riders are paid, and there is no issue with entering shows on Tuesday or Wednesday. Does anyone know what might be happening? . Please explain! I can't answer all your questions, but here's how I use the BM for my AD geldings: Place all geldings in her care as Day1/Day2/Day3 (example: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday) for Dressage/Cross Country/Show Jumping If the BM deems them as competitive for any of those disciplines, they end up being entered. So for example, if one of my geldings is currently only competitive in CC, he will only be entered in that discipline, which means he'd only be in 1 show that week. Obviously not ideal - so after the BM is done with her 3 days of showing, I go through and manually hand-enter my horses who are in the green. I could technically skip doing this, but it's easy to mindlessly go through entering greens & it maximizes my profits, so win win. Once a gelding hits level 10 in a discipline, their training is switched to one of their other non-10 disciplines. The BM is much more efficient with SD geldings, so these guys won't need any hand-entering. :) I hope this makes sense! Feel free to message me for any needed clarification.

Make sure you've got your horses into the BM before 4pm gametime or they won't get shown. That's my best guess, that you're putting them in too late on the first day you have chosen. If you can't enter before 4pm Monday, just make your first show day Tuesday. Edited at June 23, 2026 11:58 AM by Clear Springs
