I've been having an off and on issue (more on the last couple days) where when i set a horse free i only get store credit and the "# to go" does not change. (I I have released less than 100 horses this HEE year) I.E. Before i released the last horse, it said i had "65 to go," and after I released it, I only got store credit, no $$, and when I went to release another horse it still said "65 to go"

I'm guessing you've been releasing 1 yr olds. You don't get ebs for them, only store credit, so they won't move the counter.
