I've seen many horse 'remarks' that say something like this...

W4 - 111112

W5 - 212222

W6 - 222222

W9 -223223

W10 - 323333

Can someone explain what this means? And should I do it too?

This is tracked training. It is a very important factor when matching horses. I'd highly recommend it if you breed for ratings. This keeps a log of all of a horses young training weeks and what traits they went up in.
