Buying an arena?

I'm new to the game and i've browsed through the forums but I haven't found any guides/earlier questions pertaining to owning an arena...

So if one exists I would be really thankful for a link! Otherwise could someone share if owning an arena is a good way to earn a steady income? How much do you earn weekly? What is your entry fee/ discipline of choice? Any other tips for a new player that blew all their ebs before reading the guides?
