I have forgotten to find if my horse is superb or elite at a specific discipline, or how to find out how rare my horse coat is (e.g 1 out of 120000 coats.) or can only paid members do it??

The horse has to be rated. :) Services > Breed Approvals. Free members get a few breed approvals per week, whereas premium gets unlimited.
