What does a JR Rider token do, and does it apply to free accounts? I have several, but I can't figure out how to use them. Are jr riders different from regular riders?

Junior riders can compete in the Junior Rider Association, which is a premium feature only. Therefore junior rider tokens are rendered useless to free stables.
