My friend account was put on lock down due charge back. I'm not sure how to context anyone since she doesn't have Microsoft account. What should she do? Her card was stolen and now her amazon, steam account and HE was locked due to this...all have then fixed but this website. Please help. I'm using my account since she can't get on.
