Hey,
I'd try using the "remove code" button.
For example, if you accidentally have the cursive modifier on (Or any other) while typing the link, the link (and the picture) will break. :P

You have to make sure to just copy and paste the link without a blank at the end, then the link would work - so this is not a bug
