Are there breeds that do better in certain events than others? I've seen that KKNs thend to do poorly with INT stats unless bred otherwise - so maybe dressage wouldnt be the best but does this apply to other breeds? Do certain breeds have stat leanings?
I know you could factor in breeding for better improvment & things like this but I'me meaning in a broad basic sense

When it comes to EEE+ ratings, the breeds with smaller gene pools, especially KNN, RID, and TB, which can only breed to themselves, get rather inbred. This causes certain sets of strengths and weaknesses to become prevalent in the breed. KNN have been weakest in Scp/Str for a while because of weaknesses in their first WWW studs. Now they're starting to swing toward being weaker in Int because of the drive to boost those other traits, but I'd still say in general they're weakest in jumping. From what I've seen of other breeds, helping people match etc. I'd say RID and TB also have issues with Scp and tend to be weaker in jumping. AA seem to tend toward Scp issues as well, probably because of TB influence. WB seem to have the opposite problem and be commonly weak in Mv/Int, meaning they're weaker in dressage. I can't remember if I've seen this sort of pattern in X, but they might have one as well.

So if say for expaple I wanted to start pulling from the wild on a capture day with the intent for say a dressage team, would there be any breeds to avoid or could I just pick one since it's coming from the wild & not line bred with player influences. I have the idea to try for X horses but didnt know if they had any base weakness Eyrie of the Stars said: When it comes to EEE+ ratings, the breeds with smaller gene pools, especially KNN, RID, and TB, which can only breed to themselves, get rather inbred. This is what the game guide says about boosts to captures of different breeds: Warmbloods and Knabstruppers are given a movement trait boost. Thoroughbreds and Sport Horses are given a speed trait boost. Anglo Arabians and Appendix Quarter Horses are given a slight boost in intelligence and speed. Irish Draught Horses and Irish Sport Horses are given a slight boost in heart and strength each. Sport Ponies get a boost in speed and intelligence. So besides TB and SH, all the breeds have a boost to a dressage trait. I'd really just say capture whatever breed you want though, because a boost to one trait doesn't guarantee anything. You might get a horse that's strongest in Mv, Int, and Str, or you might get one that's super strong in the one trait and super weak in the others, in which case they might be worst in dressage.
