For the past two years, I've been using a custom palette created for me by another player (who has since left the site). This morning, when I logged on, I noticed that the palette was back to the brown and tan default palette. Has something happened to inactivate the custom palettes? I didn't change any settings on my own -- I'm not adept at coding, so those settings aren't anything I'd even think of messing with.

Edit: just noticed as I posted it that you have just upgraded your account. At least you know the reason why now :) Custom palette's are a premium feature :) It says on your page that your account is "free" Edited at June 8, 2024 06:36 AM by Golden Crest

I've been a Premium account for almost seven years. I thought I'd renewed when I got the upgrade alert, but I guess I forgot -- I've been fighting both a stomach virus and nearly unusable internet for over a week (thank you, AT&T -- their idea of 'broadband in our area is laughable). It would be nice if custom palettes were simply inactivated if a player missed a renewal, then reactivated upon renewal, as happens with .game perks that come with a premium account.
