Look, I think you should read carefully the advice that other people are giving you.
I have taken a look to your stable and you don't even have quality stock mares to use the EEE stud that you want to buy so much. Getting an EEE stallion is not going to magically give you any good ratings if your mares are not good breeders. Needless to say that you don't have that many mares to use the stallion on. If you want to breed 2 mares, purchasing straws is a lot cheaper.
If you want to breed for ratings, you might also want to get an upgrade first, otherwise rating the foals you get will take you a long while and most importantly, you will be able to get straws from top horses, just like the rest are suggesting you to do.
