As a free account you are not able to put the horse up for a private sale.
So you would have to sell her via the normal horse sale - which makes it very risky, as anyone can snag her.

She is worth at least 2-3 mio ebs..... so You can make sure that the buyer is online at the same time as you and then put her up at a certain time for a very high amount of ebs - and then pray ;)

Or you keep her until you have saved up for an upgrade and sell her then
