It used to be like that here. Until the other 2 hospitals closed there OB ward.
The woman was basically given a wad of towels and told hopefully she didn't bleed out before she reached UCSF

It's the entire hospital. Because the hospital is owned by the church. They have a lot of radical ideas on what women's care should be
