I knew that it was at least 60%, but I couldn't remember exactly what it was. Now I just need to remind myself to remember it this time...

No. Because you have to keep in mind, mares can have only a small number of foals in a month. Stallions can have 20 LCs + a bunch of foals from straws
Silent Grove

Yes, it is, but the stallion board has far more opportunity to be influenced by poor foals, because he can have 50 a season, as opposed to 2, max. I believe the boards are at least 60% based off of the actual horse's strength, with a smaller portion dedicated to the foals.

So is it the same for the stallion leader boards?

The actual mare production is a much smaller portion of what determines LB placement for mares

Hey guys! I'm culling my current stock and looking for potential new stock to push my programs in the right direction! I'm a ratings breeder for SH and PON but I focus on only using SH/PON in my lines and cultivating certain colors. I don't have any current budget in mind but I'm looking to add a handful of horses that meet these requirements for the right price.
.
Stock Requirements:
- EEE+
- SH or PON
- Tracked Training
- Lined
- 13yo or younger
- Base of: Bay/Brown, Black or Palomino.
- One (or more preferably) of the following: Tobi, Frame, Appy, Silver or Splash.
.
Stock No's:
- Roan
- Sabino
- Rabicano
- Plain Colors
.
Stock Negotiables (not my favorite but if the mare is a good fit):
- Grullo
- Chestnut
- Other bases
