Plus, an experienced artist will be good at minimizing pain. I got tattooed by an apprentice once and I felt that shit in my soul. I got the same tattoo redone by an expert and it was much less painful lol

Collarbone is definitely ouchy lol. Wrist isn't bad but finger tattoos don't generally heal well or last very long so the artist might recommend against it

With a tattoo that small and simple I doubt pain will be an issue for you. I find the upper arms to be pretty easy to tolerate, personally. Definitely would avoid bony areas like joints/ribs though.

@Chiral, that is the part I am really not sure about. I don't tolerate pain well, so ideally it would be somewhere that doesn't hurt, but I also want it kind of discreet.
