What I do is I usually crop the original image by taking the saved finished image and duplicating that layer and then changing the canvas size. I then change the size, rotation, whatever of the layer to be where I need it then save as a jpg. I then use this site Then I take that image that it gives me and open it in my program to add the credits. Save that new image as a jpg file and do the same thing with the site.

Just run it through the image compressor until it's small enough then save it to your files and upload it
