Here are the guides I use :
Click - This is a guide by The Unknown and it was really helpful when I was first starting.
Click - This is another guide I found. It is really helpful because it explains what codes affect what part of the page, and it also has cool tricks, too.
Click - This is helpful for borders, gradients, transparent stuff, as well as more "advanced" stuff such as text-shadows.
If you need help with anything, I would be more than happy to help.
