How did you learn art? (if you dont mind me asking)

I started out taking drawing lessons in elementary school (mostly colored pencils and acrylic paint) and was big on doodling during class lol. Then I begged my parents to buy me a small drawing tablet for digital drawing and did my first (very crappy) photomanipulations for a year or two. After that, I lost interest and only resumed manips this year. However, I did take some graphic design courses a few years ago.

That was a pretty dry explanation, haha, but I think what was so vital was learning drawing fundamentals (including the boring stuff like line quality, basic perspective, basic color theory, shading). And also important—particularly for fast improvement—is to develop your eye for art, as in your ability to evaluate and critique art by yourself and others.
