Just started listening to November 9th by Colleen Hoover on Audio and I recommend it.

I just started reading Equine Applied and Clinical Nutrition (2014) just for fun, and I have no idea what half the proteins and chemicals they talk about are! LMAO What I lack in, at least being intrigued is not!

Ooh, I just borrowed that from a friend and am going to read it. Haven't started it yet though.
Finished that one at 2 in the morning today, fantastic book. I couldn't put it down but now I'm kicking myself for not saving some pages for today. Edited at July 24, 2021 10:30 AM by Penkat Stables

Which one did you like better, Harrow the ninth or Gideon the ninth? I actually enjoyed Harrow more, but my dad (we read a lot of the same books) said he thought Harrow was boring :P

I enjoyed the last 3rd of both of the books. I feel like the beginning is very dragged out and incomprehensible in both of them, for different reasons, but the payoff you get in the last bit is SO worth the slog. I loved Gideon, but Harrow did some incredibly interesting things and I think it stood out more in that sense.

Really late response, but ooh, how exciting! I've started the book and am a bit into it, but not super far as I haven't had a ton of reading time :/ I am enjoying it though! :D

Lockwood And Co. Is a good one if you're coming down off a SOC high. Lockwood is sort of like Kaz, but PG13. Lots of hijinks and heists. It's a fun little read.
Ooh I really enjoyed SoC. I haven't heard of Lockwood and Co. But I'll be putting that near the top of my TBR list! Thanks for the recommendation :)
