Recently my hair has started breaking and it basically stopped growing, it also has gotten very thin.
Basically I'm looking for any hair care tips (as the title says 🤣)
Any type of hair routine, or good hair products that have helped you! Thank you in advance!

Could be because it's too long, too dry, too much heat exposure, or the way you're drying it (if you rub it with a towel) could be causing breakage. There's a ton of reasons so the first thing to do is find the cause (change little things about your hair routine until you see a change).

This leave in conditioner is awesome! It made my hair much stronger and have less breakage. Check at a hair salon for it before buying directly from Aveda, you can usually get it for much cheaper. For me, using shampoo and conditioner that is moisturizing and braiding my hair at night has made it much stronger.

Oh and I'd also recommend using a Wet Brush Pro. I feel it works better on my hair and doesn't pull it as much as a regular brush. And try to use a claw clip or scrunchie instead of an elastic hair tie.

I agree with Daisy, the Wet Brush brand has helped my hair so much...detangles without a fight and without breaking my hair!

Brush your hair from the bottom to the top!
Use your hand to hold the part youre brushing, and do just the bottom first, and then slowly work your way up
And then once all the tangles are out, brush from the very top of your head all the way down to get your natural hair oils spread out
(Id recommend this for brushing horse hair too)
because Im terrible at explaining I drew a little thing lol
the Red lines show where you brush
and yeah just add more into your handful and brush that until all the tangles are out
