Ello! I am curious if people are more interested in the sexed svens or if people still gamble with the original svens. This RO I was going to use the original sven because I thought "if I get a mare she may produce good and if I get a colt he may hit the LB" so to me that was worth the gamble but I ended up getting a filly sven last minute. I am curious for whatever reason lol. Feel free to share!

I bought my Svens the night before the update came out lol, and I decided to keep them! I have the same thought process. Currently, I have 3 nice-ish mares, one just debuted at #36, the second debuts next month, and the third is only 2. So I decided to take the gamble and I got a WWW colt from my second mare! As for next season, I'll leave all my homebreds up to chance again, but I will be using a sexed filly sven on my outside embryo. The outside embryo has produced 2/3 of the top 3 WBLB mares, and I would rather have a top WBLB mare than a top WBLB stud at the moment.

I still gamble. I care a little less for their production than I do them hitting a high LB. I would ideally prefer a mare for sure. But also I would always care more for a high LB stallion (top 8) than I would a mare (unless she was like 1/2WBLB lmao). So I take the gamble, because I'd be happy with either. Although, I absolutely love having a top WBLB boy more than anything, and right now, the WB stallions are significantly less strong than the mares. The top stallion is #11ABLB, and the mare is #2 😂 So I would more likely use stallion svens than I would mare, the stallions need more help than the mares lmao. And because of how rewarding it feels even just having a top LB boy. Edited at December 4, 2024 03:53 AM by Kiwi Mountains
