Pretty Pony Pageant November Show Class List ∴ Theme Classes ∴ Cross Country Matchy Matchy Halter ✸ Blue Ribbon Ride ✸ ∴ Community Vote Classes ∴ Thanksgiving 🦃 🎗🎗Raising Awareness Ride 🎗🎗 The Cross Country, Matchy Matchy, Halter and Blue Ribbon Ride classes will be judged by an anonymous judges panel! (remember, if you are chosen for this week's judges panel - you cannot enter a horse in these classes) Cross Country Where the Bravery, Courage, and Heart of the horse are truly tested as they must overcome challenging natural obstacles - soar over wide ditches, leap into a pond from a steep bank, and jump through skinny hedge fences. But the Cross Country field also demands great Agility, never-ending Stamina, and fierce Determination. Entry Must Include: ‣ Adult Horse/Pony ‣ Tack Requirements: - Jump Saddle - Bridle ‣ Decor Requirements: - At least One (1) Decor Item ‣ Background Requirements: - Background relating to Cross Country May use as many items and/or decor as you want. You may be as creative as you want with how you use items The time starts ticking as soon as you clear the start box - the first fence is a simple log jump, but that's easy. It's the Coffin Jump that really has you worried - but an encouraging squeeze and a "You Got This" and the ditch jump is behind you. Now time to focus as you come through the water combination - an easy log jump, to a bank, WHOA - that's a steep drop down, but there's no turning back. Splash and kick on - you've cleared it and now galloping away. That table was wider than you are tall! Is that the finish line in sight? And you made it in Optimal Time! Congratulations!
Matchy Matchy When Ear Bonnet, Polo Wraps, Saddle Pad, Bell Boots, and Brow Band all color coordinate with each other - it's all about the Matchy Matchy Sets! Entry Must Include: ‣ Adult Horse/Pony ‣ Tack Requirements: - At least Two (2) Matching Tack Items Does not include items from the 'Extras' section ‣ Decor Requirements: - At least One (1) Decor Item ‣ Background Requirements: - Background relating to your Matchy Matchy May use as many items and/or decor as you want. You may be as creative as you want with how you use items Whether you're riding out to the Arena or hitting the trail - it's all about Style! Did you grab the latest Fashion Tack Set, or do you color coordinate with the days of the week? Black, Grays, and White horses look fabulous in everything - but how do you do Matchy Matchy with a Chestnut!? And of course the Rider has to wear matching Breeches, Shirt, Vest, Helmet Cover, and Gloves! However you do it - it's all about the color scheme! Halter It's all about conformation - Who has the most ideal look; from pastern angles, proportionally balanced through the entire body, and features best suited for the breed or type of horse. Entry Must Include: ‣ Adult -OR- Foal Horse/Pony ‣ Tack Requirements: - Halter Tack Item ‣ Background Requirements: ‣ Arena Background May use as many items and/or decor as you want You may be as creative as you want with how you use items You jog into the ring, horse by your side as you head away from the judge. A small circle and jog back - presenting the smooth and balanced cadence of your horse. Standing your horse up square, you present for the judge's inspection - they scrutinize every nook and cranny of your horse, but find nothing but conformation perfection. In the line up - it is you! The winning horse and handler, with flawless conformation and presentation! ✸ Introducing a NEW Class! ✸ Blue Ribbon Ride🏅 Congratulations! You've won your class! It's time for a Victory Gallop! Entry Must Include: ‣ Adult Horse/Pony ‣ Tack Requirements: - At least One (1) Tack Item Does not include items from the 'Extras' section - At least One (1) Ribbon or Trophy Item 🏆 ‣ Decor Requirements: - At least One (1) Plant Decor Item ‣ Background Requirements: ‣ Arena Background May use as many items and/or decor as you want. You may be as creative as you want with how you use item After all your hard work - it's all paid off! Your heart was in your throat as the announcer called out name after name from twelfth place to second. A handful of riders were still waiting in the line up - and you thought you had a great ride, but maybe not good enough to win. Wait - what was that number, what was that name? It was yours! In a whirlwind of motion, your horse is pinned with a great blue ribbon; a bouquet of flowers is shoved in your hand, and a cooler draped over your mounts rump saying Winner! Off you go, leading the charge in a lap of victory around the arena - cheering fans and whoops fill your ears as they clap for you! • It is highly encouraged to be creative and think outside the box - you don't have to use traditional tack always, as long as it can be reasoned, it will be accepted. • It is not required to be extravagant - if you only have an item or two, go for it! Show off your pretty pony! This is a special Mega Show - Combining the December and January PPP Shows! You'll find extra special classes in this show!
The Eventing, Color of the Rainbow, Mounted Games, Foxhunting and Sleigh Ride classes will be judged by an anonymous judges panel!

Eventing One of the hardest test of horsemanship - eventing is the equestrian triathlon. Compiled of three phases that challenge the horse and rider. Dressage - The finesse of partnership through a series of intricate movements. Cross Country - a daring course of natural obstacles to be conquered by a courageous partnership. Show Jumping - Bright and colorful fences arranged to challenge precision and speed. The best partnership of all three phases comes out victorious. Entry Must Include: ‣ One Horse with Three Separate Images - Dressage, Cross Country, AND Show Jumping ‣ Adult Horse/Pony ‣ Tack Requirements: Dressage - Dressage Saddle
- Bridle Cross Country - Jump Saddle
- Bridle Show Jumping - Jump Saddle
- Bridle ‣ Decor Requirements: - At least One (1) Decor Item for each Phase ‣ Background Requirements: - Dressage Background - Arena
- Cross Country Background - any that relates
- Show Jumping Background - Arena or Field May use as many items and/or decor as you want. You may be as creative as you want with how you use items Color of the Rainbow🌈 Dress up your horse in One or All of the Available HEE Colors! Black, Brown, Dark Green, Grey, Magenta, Mint, Orange, Pink, Purple, Red, Royal Blue, Sky Blue, White, and Yellow Entry Must Include: ‣ Adult -OR- Foal Horse/Pony ‣ Tack Requirements: - At least Two (2) Color Matching Items (Or all 14 available colors) ‣ Background Requirements: - Background relating to your chosen Color Must use either One Color or All of the Colors! May use as many items and/or decor as you want. You may be as creative as you want with how you use items Mounted Games It's time for Team Events! Dress up in spectacular outfits to stand out in the crowd as you race through patterns, around obstacles, and hand off the baton to the next in line. Entry Must Include: ‣ Adult Horse/Pony ‣ Tack Requirements: - At least One (1) Tack Item

Entry Must Include: ‣ Adult Horse/Pony ‣ Tack Requirements: - Jump Saddle
- Breastplate ‣ Decor Requirements: - At least One (1) Fox or Coyote
- At least One (1) Plant Item ‣ Background Requirements: - Background relating to foxhunting May use as many items and/or decor as you want. You may be as creative as you want with how you use item Sleigh Ride Dashing through the snow - flurries of snow billow up from clopping hooves, bells jangle in time to each stride, and you're snuggled in the sleigh speeding over the packed trail. Entry Must Include: ‣ Adult Horse/Pony ‣ Tack Requirements: - Surcingle ‣ Decor Requirements: - At least One (1) Decor Item ‣ Background Requirements: - Snowy Background May use as many items and/or decor as you want. You may be as creative as you want with how you use item • It is highly encouraged to be creative and think outside the box - you don't have to use traditional tack always, as long as it can be reasoned, it will be accepted. • It is not required to be extravagant - if you only have an item or two, go for it! Hello PPP supporters, I apologize for being so far behind with the PPP, and for dropping into a hiatus in the middle of a show. I need some help from you - if you have a moment to share your opinion, could you please vote in the PPP poll (Is there interest in bringing the Pretty Pony Pageant out of Hiatus? [link]) If there is enough interest in resurrecting the PPP - I will need some help in deciding what to do for the next show (continue with the January Mega Show & reopen entries | a small show with st. patrick's theme | full show with full list of classes ???) If there isn't a lot of interest - it might be best to retire the PPP until further notice.
