What is the Secret Santa?
Secret Santa is a fun little gift exchange that everyone on HEE is invited to participate in! You give a gift, you receive a gift. The "secret" part of it simply means that you keep the name you draw to yourself until we open up the gift giving portion and you send your gift. You can't request who you get to send a gift to.
Please please please make sure to notify on the gift that you are a person's Secret Santa so that they know they received their gift(s)! Remember, just because you listed a wish does not mean you will get it. Wishes are simply to give the gift giver an idea of what you're interested in and would like.
Lucky for us, most people on HEE are very good about getting you what you wish for!

What does it cost?
🎅 This is an ingame gift exchange only! Unless you plan on using your own money to gift an upgrade, money fairy visit, etc. for your person, no real money is used.
🎅 There are four separate divisions and you may enter only one with only one account per player.

🎅 You must choose a division that you can afford!
You will give a gift with an overall value that falls in the requirements of that division and you will receive a gift with an overall value that falls in that same division.

Signing Up
🎅 Returning Elfster users, I've been notified that some people have needed to delete their original Elfster account and re-register in order to join. Please keep this in mind when you sign up.

🎅 To sign up, you will need to create an account on elfster.com

Please do NOT use your real name!
IMPORTANT: You have to use your Stable Name and ID#

While signing up, if there are slots to fill in information that is not required, I suggest either continue using your Stable Name and ID or simply leave it blank - or use your phantasy for the adress.

🎅 If you do not use your Stable Name and ID, I will send you up to two warning messages at Elfster asking you to change your name so that players can see what stable you run. If you do not make necessary changes, you will be removed from the list.

🎅 Click on the division you would like to enter and do so!
Remember, only ONE division per PLAYER, not per stable
I will remove you from every division if I find that you have entered more than one. If you have accidentally entered more than one, I think you can remove yourself from a division or you can PM me and I will remove you from the one of your choosing.

🎅 If you sign up and then realize you want to change divisions, please message kuewi KNN Stable, stable ID # 18024 so I can help you with that.

Sign-up Deadline - December 7th, 2024
Names Drawn - December 8th, 2024
Sending-out Gifts - starting from December 10th, 2024
Gift Giving Deadline - December 22th, 2024

**If you have not received a gift by December 23nd, please message me so I can contact the person who drew your name.
***If you have not received a gift by December 26th, please message me so that myself or one of my gift helpers may send you a gift.

🎅 Nothing is fail-proof.
I will try as hard as possible to make sure that people aren't disappointed but perfection is impossible. While the number of 'no gifters' has gone down over the years, there will always be someone who never received a gift from the person who drew their name but I work very hard with a few close helpers to make sure everyone ends up with something.

Another last thing I want to point out, as I have often seen this in the past years:

I know, everyone in the game wishes for an WWW - but please stay fair and modest with your wishes!

You should not wish for things, that do not meet the price range of your division and that you would not be able to afford in return, too. Thanks and have fun! 🎅🎅
