Welcome everyone to the fourth and FINAL round of the Annual HEE Artist Rumble! All Tiers will be required this round and we find out the 2023 Tier Winners. --- How to Enter:

- The highest votes for each Tier will win the 2023 Rumble --- Overall Theme|Round 4: ASTROLOGY x PIRATES Sub-Theme|Tier 1: Dark Zodiac (Serpent) x Steampunk Pirates Using the Serpent from the Dark Zodiac, create your Steampunk Pirate masterpiece. Sub-Theme|Tier 2: Chinese Zodiac (Rabbit) x CyberTech Pirate This is the Year of the Rabbit. Incorporate this meaningful creature into your CyberTech Pirate. Sub-Theme|Tier 3: Western Zodiac (Crab) x Pirate of the Apocalypse Perhaps from the better known Zodiac, Cancer the Crab. Use this little creature to for your Pirate of the Apocalypse. What is this new sub-theme? Each Round will feature an overall theme and each Tier will have their own sub-theme. Your task is to create an original work of art that fits your Tier's Sub-Theme. --- Round 4: July 29-Aug. 2, Voting: Aug. 3-4
