lisa said " great come" she walks towards her house and said " that where you were and what happen there" she looked at his side and then back up to his eyes

He put his hand to his side briefly and grunted. "I got jumped. But I stitched it up. Hurts, but I'll live." He was downplaying it a bit, but that was an instinct.

lisa said " oh my you need some pain killers" then walks a little and turn back and said " you might need to clean it I am sorry if i am being bossy "

He chuckled and shook his head. "You're not being bossy." Then he shrugged. "The rain probably cleaned it well enough."

lisa shakes his head and said " well come let get you inside you look cold" then she turn to walk towards the house

He followed her silently, knowing she was right but still not used to someone being nice to him, let alone helping him out.

lisa walks in front of her house and unlocks the door opens it then goes in holds the door for sage and said " you might not be use to someone being nice to you "

He shrugged awkwardly. "You're not wrong." Then as an after thought he added "thank you by the way."

lisa smiles and said " don't need to thank me i would help anyone but not bad guys" lisa walks away from the door and down a hallway then point inside a bedroom and said " this is your room and there the bathroom" turn around and pointed at it

He chuckled. "well it's good to know someone doesn't see me as a bad guy for once." He went inside the room and sat down in a chair in the corner of the room. He was still a bit wet from the rain so he didn't want to get the bed wet. He allowed himself to bend over and gasp for air, since he had been purposely steadying his breathing while he was with Lisa. The cut on his side had gone deeper than he originally thought.
