"Ya lets go" Harper bounded towards the house while Jules trailed behind.

Peter gave Jules a concerned look. He almost asked if she wanted help but of course she hadn't let him even before he'd ripped his stitches.

She opened the door and walked in, Harper barked at something "Sh!" She hissed at her.
Peter frowned a little. Jules didn't seem herself. Although had he really known her long enough to recognise what was normal or not?
Jules flopped on the couch, she curled up and sighed.
"Is something wrong Jules?" Peter asked cautiously. Since she lost her temper at Harper he was worried she'd snap at him too. Of course she may be just upset/annoyed because she couldn't ride, but he remembered she'd said she was freezing when he wasn't.

"I'm fine" she said snappily, Harper whined and backed away from her, sitting beside Peter.
That obviously wasn't true. Peter turned to pet the dog although kept the corner of his eye on Jules in case there were any clues. He wasn't positive it was simply a bad mood, even though he knew the horses were important to her.

She grabbed a blanket and wrapped it around herself then got up, "Did you shut the gosh dang door it's still freezing in here" Harper played with Barney off to the side.
"I did and it's not that cold, even without a blanket. I think you might be getting sick.." Peter admitted hesitantly knowing she'd probably snap again. But both people and animals often did when they weren't feeling good.
