She pulled the mare to a stop, a pond she saw must of the time had ducks in it. Hailey was surprised as she thought the pond would have frozen over by now, she stopped to watch them dive and eat. Sometimes she went in but Minnie didn't like ducks so she just sat and watched.

He adjusted his postion making the dock make a creak like noise. He then hung his feet off the docks edge having the bottom of his shoes sway on the water.

Minnie sidestepped at the noise and she rested her hand on her neck, "It's just ducks Minnie, look ill show you" she rode toward the gate and walked in, Minnie snorted but Hailey rode her toward the pond edge.

"Didn't exspect to see you here" he'd say aloud. But he still focused on the book was currently reading. He pushed himself up sitting up stright.

She jumped causing Min to pin her ears, "Jesus" she looked at him, "I didnt see you" she patted Minnie.

" I can tell" He chuckled finally looking up from the book "Thats not that stallion from earlier... so who is she or he?"

"My stallion has a name you know" she rolled her eyes playfully, "It's my dads horse, racer. He has his own stable with his race horses but keeps Min at the stable because she's retired.. she still is fast though" she smiled and patted the mare.

" Well just looking at her i wouldn't doubt it and stallion fits well for him" He'd smile getting up and brushing himself off. Elliot threw his book in the empty bucket " Getting dark i might as well head back or else my sister will worry."

"Mm Ima beat your mare on day" she laughed, "Brat fits better actually" she teased. "Ok ill see you tomorrow at the barn I guess" she turned and started to walk away.

" We'll see won't we?" " Also it does fit but Haze sounds better for her" He'd roll his eyes jokingly.
