He watched Silver go and lay down and goes over to the wall across from Silver, in a less grassy spot, and lays down.
Silver snorts and gets up trotting of and vanishing from view like a ghost or a mirage.
Hawk watched Silver leave with a sad look in his eyes. He tried to figure out what he had done to upset Silver and laid his head on the ground sadly.
Silver hides and watches hawk from some bushes nearby completely hidden from view.
He sighed and scolded himself, "Good job Hawk. Now you have upset and chased off the only horse you have ever cared about and possibly loved..."
Silver Goes back and silently lays next to hawk.
Hawk didn't lift his head up as Silver approached and laid beside him but stayed quiet, which was unusual for him.
Silver nudges hawk and nuzzles him.
"I'm sorry for whatever I did wrong," Hawk said in a quiet, sincere voice, "whatever it was I didn't mean it. I can be sarcastic at time so I apologize.."
Silver doesn't say anything but he does nuzzle hawk a bit.
