Chloe watched sage wander off "sage stay here, I've got a friend that can help if she says anything" Chloe said, grace would leave soon and he'd be free.

Sage slowed and then looked back at Chloe for a second, already panting from the effort of staying on his feet. Could she protect him? Really, truly protect him? He looked back and forth between the two sisters for a moment, then felt a rope loop around his neck. Grace had put it on him, and was now dragging him away. At that point, it was keep up or get strangled, and keeping up was all he could just barely do. Once they got back to her place, and she stopped, he collapsed onto the ground, panting heavily

chloe kicked phantom forward, they stopped infront of bolt and he stopped. chloe pulled out her pocket knife and cut the rope. she stood infront of sage ready to get sage and jump on phantom, who was standing paciently behind sage.

Sage sort of just flopped down onto the ground once the rope was cut, not enough energy to even run away from grace. Besides, where would he go? He still worked here ...so far....she could just find him again. And he needed the job...it was all he could find. Maybe Chloe had an idea, because he was completely exhausted

Chloe had a remote camp they could hide out for the week until grace left. "Turn back if you can" Chloe mumbled to sage. Chloe got ready to get sage on phantom then gallop off. Phantom could reel the tension so he brown down ready.
-grace was mad. "You'll regret it" she said as she sat there having a staring contest type thing with Chloe

Sage sort of watched chloe and then struggled to his feet, doing his best to walk away. It hurt, a lot, and it was slow and lurchy, but he got out of her sight. Once he got out of her sight, his legs gave way under him and he collapsed, but this time he stayed there panting. He just didn't have the energy to do anything else.

Chloe still had her bow and arrow she jumped on phantom and they went to sage. Chloe sat him on phantom and hopped on. She told phantom to go to her little camp and he galloped off. Once they arrived Chloe helped sage into the tent and went hunting. She caught a boar, deer and 2 rabbits. She brought them back with phantoms help. She then sat up against a tree and closed her eyes.

grace went back to the stables and started ordering the grooms around. She then went inside and then there was only 4 days until she left.

Sage looked over at chloe when she came and let her put him on phantom. Once inside the tent, he pretty much just lay down to rest while she hunted. When she back though, his ears perked up as he smelled the meat. It did smell good, and he was hungry, so he hauled himself over to start eating one of the rabbits happily.

Chloe opens her eyes as she hears sage. "You strong enough to change back?" She asked she felt crazy. Maybe this was all a dream or some dumb fantasy she'd made up in her mind. Chloe began working on a camp fire. Once it was lit she made a place they could cook the meat.

Sage looked over at her and cocked his head when chloe spoke up and shoook his head in response to her comment. He would be alright once he rested for bit and ate, but as of right then he didn't know if he had the strength to fully morph again in one day. He moved over to lay down next to her though, once he'd eaten, and rested his chin on his front paws with a soft huff of air.
